  • retain failed orders – 1 day(s)
  • retain cancelled orders – 1 day(s)
  • retain completed orders – 3 day(s)

RIGHT TO ERASURE REQUEST

You have the right to request that your personal information, stated above, be erased from our site. If you entered your personal information and your order 1) is pending, 2) has failed, 3) cancelled or 4) complete and you received your item(s), you can request (via email only) that your personal information be erased. Locating and erasing your personal information is based upon your email address. You must send your request with the same email address you entered on our website. Our system is setup to search for your personal information based upon your email address.  The process is as follows:

  1. Send your request using your email entered on our website to contact@jaiduvalcontinuingeducation.com with the subject “Erase My Personal Information”. 
  2. We will send you an email will a link.  To confirm your request, click on the link provided.
  3. Once the confirmation has been received, we will erase your personal information.
  4. You will receive an email stating, “Your request to erase your personal data on JDCE has been completed.
